General Guidelines:

  • All orders must be paid prior to shipping.

  • Minimum loose bead order is $20.

  • For best service, please pay by VISA or MasterCard. 

  • Order beads by their item#, such as "PIN-026" for teal pinched beads if you are ordering by mail.

  • All prices shown are RETAIL for a single bead.

  • All beads are made to order. Small orders are usually sent within a week, but large orders will be placed in line, and I will contact you with estimated shipping date.

  • All beads will vary in size slightly from photos and from order to order.

Shipping:

  • Small orders are sent first class mail with delivery conformation.

  • Orders over $100 will be sent first class with insurance.

  • Let me know if you need it sent faster.

  • I accept VISA, MasterCard, PayPal, and money orders.

Returns:

  • Satisfaction guaranteed. If you are unhappy with your beads for any reason, I will be happy to replace, exchange, or refund them within 30 days of purchase.  PLEASE STATE REASON FOR RETURN.
